This restaurant has the BEST Birria in Mexico hands down. The food was very delicious and the waiters were very attentive! I will definitely advise anyone to visit this restaurant for authentic Mexican cuisine!

I had a great experience at La Polar. It’s a quaint unassuming place, but as soon as you enter the service is fenomenal. The birria is honestly the best in Mexico, and I’ve been plenty of times to Guadalajara. This place, hands down, tops any other place out. Not also is the food delicious and at the right spot, but the drinks were great. I had ma favorite mezcal and tequila options. If you don’t like alcohol, then there are really good moctail options too. I’ll keep coming back to this place in years to come!

If you're looking to heal from a sleepless night or simply treat yourself, this place delivers. The atmosphere also has its charm: on Friday afternoons, there's usually a norteno group or a live band playing. If you'd like, you can make a donation and they'll sing to you right at your table. Ideal for celebrating with friends or just having a fun time. Add to that a cold beer, and the experience is perfect. The prices? Fair. A full meal costs around 300 pesos, depending on whether you order alcohol or not. The price-performance ratio seems reasonable. The place is comfortable, spacious, and not too hot, making it perfect for a family birthday meal or for getting together with neighbors, friends, or colleagues.
